Cooking Guide:
1) Choice of Cooking Methods: Oven, Microwave, Pan Fry, Air Fry, Deep Fry, BBQ and/or Steam.
2) Remove in Frozen state from the Freezer.
3) Cut or simply tear open the vacuum pack.
4) Use a knife or any sharp object to separate the skewer individually. Note that it is important to separate the skewers when they are still frozen to prevent them from sticking together after thawing.
5) Leave the individual skewer to thaw under room temperature.
6) Cook with your preferred cooking method.
7) Serve Hot with Signature Homemade Nam Jim Dipping Sauce. Shake sauce well and serve as-is.

For Air Fry – After thawing, set 160 to 200 degree depends on preference. Go for 10mins and then flip and go again for another 5mins.
For Oven - After thawing, set to 200 degree with heating from the top and bottom. Set tray on the top (nearest to the heating elements) Go for 15mins and then flip and go again for another 15mins.

For BBQ - Best to BBQ it till slightly brown and not charred/black. ✅️ It is normal for meat to be alil pinkish when cooked, which is the most ideal to keep the meat tender and juicy. ✖️ Do NOT overcook* or *add any butter or marination‼️.

We strongly recommend to immediately separate the skewer from the heat source and put them on a plate and keep them under room temperature once the skewer is cooked. Note that continuous heat will overcook the skewer resulting in the meat becoming harder than ideal. If cooked to perfection, you will get juicy and tender skewers! ❤️
